Horus and the Curse of Everlasting RegretHannah Voskuil’s short fiction appears in Pearson Education’s Writing Fiction: A Guide to Narrative Craft, 8th Ed.; in Sudden Flash Youth, published by Perseus Books; in the Norton college textbook of short fiction, The Seagull Reader, 2nd. Ed.; in the Norton anthology Flash Fiction Forward, as well as in such literary magazines  as Quarterly West and the South Dakota Review. She earned a B.A. in English Literature and German from Middlebury College and an MFA in Creative Writing from Emerson College. HORUS AND THE CURSE OF EVERLASTING REGRET, a middle-grade novel, is set in the 1930s and brings two kids, a spunky pet bat, and a cursed child mummy together to find a kidnapped girl who vanished while visiting an Ancient Egypt museum exhibit.
