Cover Choco BlissSusie Norris is an author, artisan chocolatier, pastry chef, culinary school instructor and TV producer.  CHOCOLATE BLISS, her first book, was published by Celestial Arts/Random House in October 2009.  Her chocolate business, Happy Chocolates, was featured on Food Network and in More Magazine.  She teaches at Sur La Table and served as Associate Chef/Instructor of Baking and Pastry Arts at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. She currently writes for ZesterDaily.com.

Prior to her work in the food business, Susie was Vice President of Series Television at Disney and held similar positions at Nickelodeon, CBS, NBC and Turner Network Television.  She has a B.A. degree in English Literature from Boston College and a Certificate in Professional Baking from Epicurean School of Culinary Arts and attended Barry-Callebaut’s Chocolate Academy.  Currently, in addition to her culinary work, she produces television programming with her husband, TV writer Jacob Epstein, and divides her time between Los Angeles and the Berkshires of Massachusetts.
